Jason is a product strategist and designer with 20+ years in the outdoor industry. Before founding OI, he led product for multiple globally recognized brands and built -and sold- his own outdoor company. Known for bridging vision and execution, he helps teams turn smart ideas into real, buildable products.

Mira brings backbone, precision, and a get-it-done ethos to OI. She's led teams, run businesses, and spent seasons working the kind of jobs that demand grit and sharp decision-making. Whether she’s navigating logistics or corralling creative chaos, Mira brings clarity, calm, and just enough fire to keep things moving. She doesn’t miss the details. And, she never drops the thread.
